Created for Immortality

Created for Immortality
Ecclesiastes 3:11
"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men , yet they can't fathom what God has done from beginning to end."

Surely God would not have created as human beings live only for a day! No, no, man was created for eternity. - Abraham Lincoln

Life is not just existing. Life on earth is just rehearsal before the actual implementation of this.We will spend far more time on the other side of the after death, that is in eternity, than the time on this earth. Earth is the preparation area, pre-school, testing for our life in eternity. This training period before the actual game, the velocity of warm up before the game started. This life is preparation for the next life.
Perhaps the most high we can live a hundred years on earth, but we will live forever in eternity. Our time on earth, as we are told by Sir Thomas Browne, "is but a small parenthesis in eternity." We were created to live forever. The Bible says, "He gives eternity in their hearts." We have an innate instinct to miss eternity. This is because God designed us, according to his description, for eternal life. Although we know that everyone eventually dies, death always feels unnatural and unfair. The reason why we feel that we should live forever is that God will equip us with the brains!
One day your heart will stop beating. It will be the end of our bodies and our time on earth, but not the end of ourselves. Our earthly body is only temporary residence for our spirit. The Bible says our body is a "tent," but pointed to the future of our body as "home." The Bible says, "If our residence camp was dismantled on earth, God has provided a residence somewhere in heaven for us, an eternal dwelling place, which was not made by human hands."

While life on earth offers many choices, eternity offers only two choices: heaven or hell. Our relationship with God on earth will determine our relationship with Him in eternity. If we learn to love and trust the Son of God, Jesus, we will be invited to spend our eternity with Him. Conversely, if we refuse to love, forgiveness, and salvation, we will spend eternity separated emergency our God forever.
C.S. Lewis said, "There are two kinds of people: Those who say to God 'Thy will be done' and those to whom God said, 'Well, then, choose according to your wishes.'" Tragically, many people have to go through eternity without God because they choose to live without him in the face of this earth.

Dieses Leben ist Vorbereitung fur das nachste Leben.

When we fully understand that life is not just that there are now, and you understand that life is just preparation for eternity, we will begin to live differently. We will start life in the light of eternity, and it will color the way we handle all the relationships, tasks, and circumstances. Suddenly many activities, goals and even problems that seemed so important, small, and does not deserve our attention. The closer we live with God, the less it seems everything else.
When we live with consideration of conservation, our values change. We spend time and money wisely. We appreciate the relationships and characters from the fame or wealth or achievements or even fun. Our priorities were rearranged. Questions follow the trends, fashions, and popular values is not important anymore. Paul said, "I never thought of all this is very important, but now I think all of it worthless because of what Christ has done."
